Resort yesterday
to see the autumn leaves.There were not a lot of them, Cedar Mountain doesn't have a lot of color in it, but those we saw were spectacular.
You never go to just "see" the autumn leaves. You always pick some to take home and make fall decorations.
Isn't it interesting how the hills are so steep when you are driving them, yet appear so flat when you take a picture of them. Anyway.....this was one exciting trail. We had a problem finding a place to turn around. Grandma loves this kind of roads, can't keep her off them!
After lunch at Brianhead we traveled down to Orderville and came home by going down the switchbacks at the east end of Zion Park. I had forgotton just how beautiful that entrance to Zion is.
