Visit to Canyonlands National Park

As rattlers go in San Juan County this was a big one. He was about three and a half feet long and totally focused on the heat of the engine in Ken's truck. We found him at Marie Ogdens old place, north of Monticello in Dry Valley(close to Church Rock).

You really have to blow this photo up to see the beauty and vastness of Canyonlands

I found this green eyed beauty just a few miles from here almost 57 years ago. She's still a keeper!

While we were in Blanding for the 4th of July Ken, Sue, Kaela, Grandma, and I went out to the Needles area of Canyonlands to take some photos. What a beautiful place. You can see forever!
